By accessing or using Prism (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prism provides an enterprise AI gateway platform that routes requests to third-party AI model providers. We are not the providers of the underlying AI models.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Transmit malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure
Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Resell access to the Service without written permission

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overages are billed at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related technology remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
